Project history
Owned the Salesforce environment for the sales team of a radio broadcaster selling advertising space and securing sponsorships. Administration, integrations, process redesign, and development, working directly with business users and international market managers.
- Rebuilt the SAP-to-Salesforce data flow after a legacy PHP connector failed. Designed and implemented an ETL pipeline in Azure Data Factory: source extraction from a prepared SAP export, field mapping and transformation, scheduled batch load into a Salesforce staging object for downstream processing by sales, including the mapping documentation.
- Built a REST integration to the ARES company register, replacing manual re-typing of company data during account creation. Custom Metadata-driven configuration and mock-based test coverage.
- Mapped existing business processes, identified and decommissioned legacy integrations, designed target solutions, and produced technical documentation and user stories with estimates for the delivery team.
