My Name is José Lobo, I started at the Petrochemical as a process Engineer in the old vinyl Chloride plant  in the Zulia Complex [El Tablazo ] (1993). I was sended to the PDVSA subsidiary- CIED to do a postgrad (Process Engineering specialist)  during all 1994. After the postgrad I was moved to the new Vinyl Chloride plant ( 1995-2005) (last position Plant supervisor). In 2005 I got a promotion to Production Superintendent  in the Chlor-Alkali plant. In 2007 I got a promotion to Productión Superintendent  in the Olefins Plants. In 2009 I got a promotion to Production Manager in the Zulia Complex [El Tablazo ]. In 2011 got a promotion to General Manager in the Propilven Plant  [El Tablazo ]. In 2013 I started to work as a Freelancer. In 2015  I worked in the Supermetanol Plant as a Production Superintendent (Jose Antonio Anzoategui Complex, Barcelona Anzoátegui State, Venezuela)  . In 2016 I worked  for Chlorine-Vinyls productión line (Zulia Complex) as a Process Engineering Advisor. Since 2017 I have worked as a Freelancer.
During my career I develop different skill: plant evaluation,process simulation,  inspection in 
annual maintenance stops,planification  for annual maintenance stops, basic design, apply process safety tools ( root cause analysis, safety review pre-start up, hazard operation [HAZOP], etc), supervisión, planificatión, procedure develope, management...
