Company Creation - Project Proxima / Velvet
Leading the launch programme of France's first independent rail operator, following a €1bn private equity raise. Designing the operational model, core processes, and programme governance across all workstreams. Cross-functional coordination and reporting to the CEO and strategic committees.

Programme Manager - Post-Merger Integration

Eurostar Group
Led the Thalys-Eurostar post-merger integration programme (€13.2m budget, 12 managers, 100+ contributors). Deployment of the Operations Target Operating Model, governance and strategic reporting. Results: creation of a single integrated control room (60 employees), cost and revenue synergies, acquisition of a single railway safety certificate.

Programme Manager - Sales Transformation

Kering Technology
Ran the Marketplaces & Concessions programme to integrate sales processes of 5 Kering Group brands into the IT systems of 24 marketplaces, leading a team of 10 and coordinating 50+ internal and external stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. Owned delivery planning, prioritisation, KPI tracking, and executive steering. Results: Delivered 27 projects in 6 months, improved inventory reliability, and automated sales and delivery tracking.

PMO - B2B Telecom Product Transformation

SFR B2B / IT Department
Designed and set up the transformation programme for a new B2B telecom offer, organised into feature teams. Agile / SAFe deployment (80+ contributors). Put in place the programme governance, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination model. Results: Delivered the first version of the offer within a year, increased online collaboration capabilities for client companies.

PMO - Digital Factory

EDF - Nuclear Fleet, France
Helped standardise project management practices across 19 nuclear power plants as part of the Grand Carénage programme (industrial programme aimed at repairing and upgrading components from existing Nuclear Power Plants). Set up common processes, performance tracking, and management reporting. Led change management and process audits to secure adoption of the new standards. Results: 80% of sites reached the target level of mastery of new project framework.
