* Deployment and Administration of Group Policy implementations.
* Managing Windows 2003/2008 File server.
* Administrating of network shared drives and Network printers via scripts and batch files.
* Troubleshooting account lockouts with Microsoft tools.
* Handling accesses requests for network shares to users.
* Seizing /transferring FSMO roles.
* Managing DNS servers' 2003/2008-Configuration of Forward lookup zones and reverse look up zones.
Configuration of secondary zones, stub zones and AD integrated Zone
* Creating DNS records, configuring standard/conditional forwarding in DNS.
* Creating Group Policies to provide users Customized Environment (Logon Scripts, PAC file, Desktop
shortcuts etc.) and limited access to their local computers.
* Administering the windows 2003 and 2008 servers remotely through the use of Remote Console,
Remote Desktop, HP- ILO, Dell-Drac and VNC.
* Configuration and installation of physical and virtual servers.
* Working on AD troubleshooting issues.
* Taking care of troubleshooting, installation and configuration of VDI's i.e. virtual desktop
interface.
* Handling critical issues SEV1's and involved in preparing route cause analysis for the same.
* Working on Service Now and BMC Remedy tool..

* Helping new members and team mates in team with troubleshooting employee's issues and come
up the learning curve.
* Creating documents, SOP's to ensure the team is able to provide the best quality.
* Working on Incident management, Change management and Problem management.
* Preparing RCA's for the high priority incidents.
* Provided support for the Global Account Management.
* Involved in preparing KEDB's i.e. Known error database for the incidents.
* Monthly preparation of RAG-report for anticipated employee turnover. Thus, putting the Early
Warning System in place.

* Installation and configuration of Active Directory Structure and Installation of New Additional
Servers.
* Managing and maintaining Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
* Daily monitoring of Event Viewer to identity event information about service failures, Active
Directory replication errors, and low-disk-space warnings.....etc.
* Creating Group Policies to provide users Customized Environment (Logon Scripts, Desktop shortcuts
etc.) and limited access to their local computers.
* Ensuring High degree of C-Sat on calls.
* Ensuring optimum productivity by over achieving the quarterly priorities set by the senior
management.
* Helping team mates to help them come up the learning curve.
* Ensuring that Quality parameters are met and over achieved on every call taken.
