QA Consultant in IoT, Automotive, Metering Industries

Due to my working experience, i accumulated know-how in industries like automotive, metering, and IoT, Web.
The experience is mainly around QA (automation and manual), but my interests were also to learn more about business logic, product development processes, and how i could help my team/employer to fix any problem outside my expertise.

How can I help you/your business from different perspectives:

1. Management:

• managed QA teams of 4-5 people in both V-cycle and agile development;
• interview participation to hire new members in the team;
• mentoring team members;
• creating documentation according to the development process (mainly QA documentation - Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Reports)
• create tasks for the team members;
• taking part in technical meetings with clients;
• Jira configuration for project management (create a development process in Jira for hardware/mechanical/software dev/software testing departments with accordingly workflows);

2. Technical Skills - QA & other:

• creating test scenarios according to customer specifications;
• create test cases for those scenarios in different automation frameworks like CANoe, RobotFramework, Python;
• test reviews and specification reviews;
• product functionalities reviews;
• knowledge in different industries standards (CAN, DLMS, ZigBee protocols. Gas/Electrical Energy EU standards);
• developing custom made testing framework in Python, using also RobotFramework;
• batch/shell scripting for automation;

3. Soft skills:

• listen to others ideas and find together the best solution that will solve our problem fast and cheap;
• colleagues mentoring (i like to teach others what i know and find joy when they understand and appreciate the information);
• flexibility and critical thinking (context changes makes me tick and don't get bored);
• innovation and desire to learn (often i search for original ideas and learn new stuff);
• debugging and troubleshooting (i like to search for ways to reproduce hard bugs and wrong system behaviors);
• value education (read books/attend seminaries about financial education, emotional education, and leadership);
