Senior Project & Programe Manager with extensive SAP and Agile experience

Managed program for Health Suite release for Medical and non-Medical Devices, coaching Agile teams and coordinating R&D squads.

·    Coaching multiple Agile teams via Safe’s ART to ensure continues deployment focused on product roadmap;
·    As a Q&R quality multiplier, I engaged 40+ PMO PPMs managers to improve  the governance model / portfolio quality;  
·    Coordinated of  seven R&D’s squads to deploy algorithms and features of CDS-Clinical Decision Support;
·    Ensuring product quality from UI/UX, TECH to R&D and V&V/UAT via the defined SDLC processes;
·    Responsible for the releases strategy: Freeze-windows calendar aligned with  program milestones;
·    Coordinating, together product managers, clinical and Q&R the e2e solution deployment aligned to the QMS;
·    In the cyber security perspective, I led a squad which performed a comprehensive security tests;
·    Quality enhancements in a software engineering and project management perspective focused on SAFe;
·    As a member of problem solving group, I have been proposing and managing the action plans for R&D.

My main responsibilities were to ensure Agile Best Practices with a focus on customers project outcomes.
·    Managing and engaging squads team members globally distributed: Brazil, USA, India and Sri Lanka;
·    Building the Agile enhancement plan focused on Lean/Agile concepts and principles;
·    Ensuring the software product quality via strong governance model for cloud digital banking platform;
·    6 releases deployment with key functionalities for both desktop and mobile digital banking solution.

As a SAP HR Project Manager I was responsible  for  rolling out the HR digital program called “MyHR” in +25 business units with +13.000 employees of  Heineken Brazilian operation. The solution was composed by  SAP cloud SfSf, SAP Payroll and T&M  and OHS integration. Reporting to the global leadership, I was in charge of:
·    Overall Brazil Project Plan and governance model definition based on SAP Activate Methodology;
·    Leading the daily meetings and Weekly Status Report to maintain on track the program progress activities;
·    Managed FUT/SIT/UAT and Cutover activities in order to ensure quality to the whole SDLC;
·    Close followed up  to the project workstream leads perform the program activities as planned including data migration;
·    Ensure the program compliance for both global and local executive PMO´s directives with a focus on Agile;
·    Risk and issues management aiming project outcomes close to the change management workstream;
 As an Agile Project Manager for the SAP P&VA - Profitability and Variance Analysis project, my mission was:
·    Led Agile ceremonies for development Sprints and test cycles: UAT 1-4 Regression/ Performance Test;
·    Enable +180 key users to perform the tests using Jira; Dashboards configuration(3500+ steps / 250+ scripts; Daily meetings and Weekly Status Report coordination; Test evidences via Jira for approval in formal Gates with CAB. Close FUP over the Cutover plan execution and hypercare SLA.
As Scrum Master I collaborated to the 5 Scrum Squads  for the “Local Workflows” project which had as the main objective to deliver a customized SAP Cockpit to manage HEINEKEN´s  SAP Master Data workflow.

Hired by the German leadership, I was responsible for Agile culture transformation, diminish the taxation risk exposure and financial savings for BASF Brazil via complex technical projects implementation balancing the  constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver the defined requirements. My main duties were:
·    SAP  NFe (electronic invoices) back to standard and SAP TDF-Tax Declaration Framework 4HANA deployment;
·    Agile transformation coaching within the organization through workshops, training and mentoring;
·    Designed and implemented  the project governance model based on SAP Activate (EXPLORE/REALIZE/DEPLOY/RUN);
·    Planned the Cutover and rehearsal milestones and activities in order to ensure quality to GoLive;
·    Working remotely in New Zealand from Jan/18 to Nov/18, I coordinated: the distributed team (EU  / BRL) of developers, architects, IT business analysts, SAP consultants and key-users and data cleansing and migration;
·    Together with the BASF Organizational Change Management team, coordinated the CM e2e efforts.
