Reported to the Sales Manager. Responsible for 10 product lines
representing 1.45M in sales revenue per month. Marketed and sold 3
pharmaceutical lines and 7 consumer lines. Performed routine sales duties
including new product introduction to drugstores and pharmacies, pipelined
initial stocking of new products/skus, processed orders, facilitated approval
of sales orders, monitored delivery of stocks to outlets, pulled-out aging
stocks and collected payments from sales orders arranged by herself.
Currently cleaning up the aging collectibles record left by the previous territory
sales specialist. Deposited check and cash collections herself at the bank.
Conducted coordination meetings with her medical representative counterparts
from the different principal companies.
Achievements:
* Was able to hit 133% of the 1.3M collection target set last June 2008.
* Sales constantly increasing since she joined the company last April.
* Given the responsibility by the Sales Manager to collect and collate
sales forecast from teammates for the monthly stock replenishment request.
* Served as a liaison between the principal and forwarding companies,
communicating various issues and troubleshooting and resolving problems.
* Able to successfully pipeline new skus/ stocks from the different principals.
* Opened new accounts and expanded market share of existing items/ skus.
* Built customer understanding by direct sales contacts in an office setting,
drugstore, pharmacy, or clinic.
* Developed good territory management skill by selling at least 8 hours per day
making a minimum of 10-12 customer calls, depending on the area.
