Techno Functional Solution expert - SAP CPI, SAP C4C, SAP CX, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Integrations.

As a part of plan to move into Omnichannel customer experience, Elkjøp started a new project named
Next Generation Retail (NGR), aimed to replace current legacy systems with new technologies and give
an omnichannel customer experience. SAP Cloud platform Integration was chosen as integration
platform to support NGR's integration needs. I was Integration architect responsible for bringing
SCPI into NGR landscape. I was responsible for building custom interfaces via SCPI from and to
Non-SAP systems including PIM, Azure service Bus etc. As a part of pre-NGR delivery, Integrations
towards SAP Marketing cloud were designed, built and delivered successfully under my supervision.
Worked extensively with standard and custom adapters in SCPI including, Idoc's, SFTP/FTP, JMS, HTTP,
Advantco, ODATA, RFC, JDBC, etc.

Project: SAP S4 Hana Migration.
Role: Project Leader, Application Consultant.

This is migration of internal SAP ECC system to S4 Hana. I am project lead for this project, I am
responsible for preparing migration plan, resource allocation and follow-up with responsible
consultants on completed tasks and pending tasks. Being Application consultant in this project, I
perform some application related tasks related to post migration and post conversion to S4 Hana.

Project: SAP C4C Implementation.
Role: SAP C4C Sales Lead.

I am responsible for SAP C4C Pre-Sales/Sales solution and Integration with SAP ECC. Joined the
project as a C4C Application consultant and later was designated as responsible for complete
Pre-Sales/Sales solution. Also responsible for Integration with SAP ECC working on SAP PI.
Responsibility as Pre-sales lead includes ensuring stable Pre-sales solution, successful go-live of
solution, defect management and defect resolution.

Project: SAP Cloud for Customer - Full Implementation.
Role: Application Consultant, Hana Cloud Integration Consultant, Cloud Developer - SAP Cloud for
Customer.

I am Application consultant, Integration Architect and cloud developer in this project. My
responsibilities include implementation of SAP C4C and integration of SAP C4C with on premise SAP
CRM system. Also, working with SAP HCI(HANA Cloud Integration) which is a cloud based middleware
platform. Deploying iflows on HCI, using Eclipse for development and changing Iflow mappings etc.
Working with code list mapping, Creating communication systems, Communication Arrangements, ID
mapping, creating Logical systems, using migration workbench to migrate Customers, Product
Categories, running Initial Loads of Customers and Materials from CRM to C4C.
Creating extension fields to fill the GAP between CRM and C4C, creating code lists using Cloud
Application studio.
Price calling from CRM to C4C, configuration of creating external follow-up documents from C4C
transactions using web services, Extending existing web services etc.

Project: SAP Cloud for Customer - Full Implementation.
Role: Integration Consultant, Cloud Developer - SAP Cloud for Customer.

I am Integration consultant in this project. My responsibilities include integration of SAP Cloud
for Customer with SAP ERP system. Working with code list mapping, Creating communication systems,
Communication Arrangements, ID mapping, creating Logical systems, creating jobs for processing IDOCS
in ERP, using migration workbench to migrate Product Categories, running Initial Loads of Customers
and Materials from ERP to C4C.
Creating extension fields to fill the GAP between ERP and C4C, creating code lists using Cloud
Application studio.
Price calling from ERP to C4C, configuration of creating external follow-up documents from C4C
transactions using web services, Extending existing web services etc

Project: Solman, Incident Management.
Role: SAP CRM Consultant.

I am responsible for configuring SOLMAN and Incident Management within CRM for Internal use for
Pearl Consulting. Initial configuration of Solman, set up of Incident management, creating Service
teams, Support level's, Install Bases's, Transaction types, Automatic forwarding of Incidents to
support teams, Automatic e-mail forwarding based on transaction status and responsibilities.

Project: Maske ERP and C4C Implementation.
Role: C4C Application Consultant, Integration consultant & Cloud Developer - SAP Cloud for Customer.

I am responsible for implementation of SAP Cloud For sales and responsible for Integration of SAP
Cloud for Customer with SAP ERP system. My responsibilities include, Configuring Target Group's,
Campaigning, E-mail blasts, Configuring various Reports, Pipe-line analysis Etc.. Working with code
list mapping, Creating communication systems, Communication Arrangements, ID mapping, creating
Logical systems, creating jobs for processing IDOCS in ERP, using migration workbench to migrate
Product Categories, running Initial Loads of Customers and Materials from ERP to C4C. Price calling
from ERP to C4C, configuration of creating external follow-up documents from C4C transactions,
Extending existing web services etc
Using cloud Application Studio to create new scoping elements and code lists to fill the GAP.

Project: ATS ERP and C4C Implementation.
Role: Solution Lead, Cloud Developer - SAP Cloud for Customer.

I am Solution Lead for C4C in this project. I am responsible for implementation of SAP Cloud For
sales and SAP Cloud for Service for ATS. I am also responsible for Integration of SAP Cloud for
Customer with SAP ERP system. My responsibilities include, gathering requirement specifications,
solution designing, GAP analysis, mapping business process to the standard C4C solution and
identifying the gaps and providing solution. Using cloud Application Studio to create new scoping
elements and code lists to fill the GAP. Price calling from ERP to C4C, configuration of creating
external follow-up documents from C4C transactions, Extending existing web services etc. Preparing
and configuring SAP PI for integration of C4C with On-prem ERP, creating Business systems, creating
communication channels, values mapping etc.
Configuring Target Group's, Marketing Campaigning, E-mail blasts, Configuring various custom
Reports, configuring dashboards, configuring custom reports from data from external resources using
cloud data sources. Pipe-line analysis etc. Set up customer center in Service, automatic ticket
creation from incoming emails and incoming calls to central board.
