The client, one of the world's largest integrated oil and gas companies, was struggling to
manage the many features of its customer-facing mobile app, due to a lack of
coordination across the various markets it is operating in.
Successfully rewrote & launched the new global customer-facing application in just 10
months, by architecting a scalable and modular solution, grounded by a server-driven
approach.
Reduced the need of frequent app releases down to a maximum of 2 per quarter, by
abstracting the UI layer down to a contract, based on which the backend would
develop new features and distribute them, in real time, to the frontend, without the
need of a new app release.
