virtual core compute capacity in Chennai and London -> Migrated all
Engineering activities to the Private Cloud
*Successfully addressing the architectural challenges of migrating On-Prem
high throughput low latency products to the cloud
*Built Cloud First products with Open Source technologies like Elastic Search,
MongoDB, Graphana and Consul and integration with AWS S3 storage.
*R&D Efficiency Improvement plan by working with the internal and external
stake holders - across four major areas: Customer Management, Architecture,
Testing and Release Management
*A new release model was developed with three streams (Feature, Integration
and Release) to improve the Time to Market by 25%
*Integration Stream delivery pipeline automated the test workflow and

regression, security, performance, upgrade and migration
