I started my IT career in 2003; worked as an associate consultant in Kanbay, Pune which is now a Capgemini group company for close to 2 years; then later on worked as a Software Engineer in Accenture, Bangalore where the role predominantly involved testing services in Health Insurance domain. Post my stint in Accenture I moved back to cards domain (VisionPlus) and worked in a company called Attra Infotech Pty. Ltd. Where I was predominantly deputed to client site ANZIT for most of tenure, I worked in Attra for more than 5 years, the last role in Attra was that of a Team Lead handling the environment build team; I later worked in Infosys in retail domain as Technology Lead and then the last company wherein I was employed was GE Capital, Gurgaon as a Sr. Manager-IT handling the VisionPlus service delivery team. I started working as a Freelance Mainframe Consultant/Trainer from the year 2013. Most of my training where for both experienced and fresher’s who planned to have a career in mainframes domain and otherwise wanted to be up-skilled/cross-skilled from other technologies.
My total experience is close to 20+ years, out of which close to 11 years I was on regular job and from May 2013 I have moved onto freelancing wherein I work independently. I do consultation and training for Visionplus (Credit Cards Software), other trainings include mainframe Technologies and associated tools that come along with it, their migration, impact analysis and gap analysis. I enjoy teaching, so training has been quite enjoyable.

I have also visited Melbourne and Dubai for professional work. Born and brought up in Bangalore, I don't mind travelling to other places, if necessary.

I have conducted mainframe training with duration's ranging from 5 working days to 35 working days. I customize the contents based on the client's requirements..
My charges depend upon a number of factors, so I can quote only after discussion with the client /vendor.
If the training is outside Bangalore, I charge the client for other expenses on actual basis. These expenses typically include airfare, accommodation, food and local conveyance.
I prefer the accommodation to be as near the place of work as possible – great if it is walking distance away; a clean, quiet, and safe place; an attached toilet with 24-hour availability of hot & cold water; a laundry service; an Internet connection; a writing table;
