• Have 15 years of experience in the areas of Scrum Master / Software Project Management, Co-ordination, Off-shoring, software testing in standalone, and web apps Back-end servers on various browsersplatforms.
• Have experience in various domains like Online, E-commerce, IT Infrastructure, Mobile Applications, IOT Hardware’s, Consumer Electronics, navigation & Telecom, Networking.
• Have 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Co-ordination & Scrum master for 3 simultaneously running projects.
• Have 9+ years of experience in leading a team of 20 or more development & test professionals for simultaneously running projects.
• Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE 2 Practitioner, ITIL – Foundation, worked on PMIPMP– Project Management methodology, ISTQB & TMAP software testing methodology.
• Experience in defining the scope, staged planning and managing the developing & testing activities of several simultaneously running projects within TomTom, Liberty Global, Philips, ING within the given time & resources constraints.
• Successfully delivered and still delivering Multiple Project deliverables, which have high revenues (Approx. 60+Million euros), products, Code, SQL Fixes, Content releases, etc. 
• Experience of working in Agile/Scrum/XP, V-Models environments, conducting and participating in scrum and retrospective meetings & in a multi-tier integrated components, multicultural environment and leading onshore & offshore projects teams.
• Proactively & continuously analyze project risk, providing suitable mitigation strategies, and solutions on a regular basis to the Project/Development Manager & Directors.
• Strong client communication and team building skills with proficiency in grasping new concepts as quickly as possible and utilize the same in a productive manner to meet tight deadlines.
