Deliver strategic consulting and functional expertise supporting client implementations of ION WSS V8, with a focus on Back Office (D&C) and Cash Management (iCM) solutions. Advise stakeholders on complex operational processes and support optimisation of treasury and payment workflows. Provide subject-matter expertise across Payment Factory, Treasury payment processing, Cash Management, Confirmations, Message Status monitoring, SSIs, Bank Statements and Reconciliation. Lead and coordinate test management activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Operational Readiness Testing.
