Project history
* Preparing Novel Challenges Natural Gas (NG) on Surface Process Equipment for Replacement of
Water as Primary Hydraulic Fracturing Fluid The proposed process using NG foam for hydraulic
fracture treatment. * Which reduced water consumption by as much as 80%. Moreover, Natural gas
was readily available at well site.* The recovered natural gas could be processed.
* The purpose of the role is to conduct feasibility studies on major addition and/or upgrades to
existing gas processing facilities. Perform evaluations required to establish and support
long-term business strategies related to gas pipeline facilities.
* Prepare Design Scoping Papers to define capital projects covering gas pipeline and valves
control substation facilities along 300 km distance Including mechanical specification and
equipment, materials definition, electrical and instrumentation facilities...
* Provide technical consultation to Operating Organizations, Engineering and Project Management.
Prepare written project justifications for presentation to Corporate Management.
* Reviewing project proposals with Project Management to insure economic design and conformance
with Design Basis Scope Papers.
* Advises major operating on EOR activities from conception and implementation, including well
placement, design, well construction, production, and reservoir engineering with
Polymer/surfactant and/or Hydrocarbon Gas / CO2 injection projects.
* Prepare FDP for 30 years, forecasting. Completed bootstrapping approach (incremental objective
determination to suggest missing values in exploration and mature field phases based on the
existing data from previous steps and the prevailing cluster. Catalytic In-Situ CO2 .
Establish technical feasibility of ammonium carbamate flooding as an alternative to CO2
flooding.
* Design and build a crude oil collection station that will handle 16000 BOPD, 9000 BWPD, and
2.25 MMSFD of gas by December 2019. Obtain crude with a water content less than or equal to 1%
and a salt content of 16 PTB. Treat the production water of the field until it reaches a
maximum crude content of 200 ppm for shipment to Produced Water Station treatment plant.
Define electrical facilities for equipment packages, crude transfer pumps, micro bubbling
pumps, reinjection and condensate pumps.
* Rebuilding and upgrade all locations, civil work, mechanical connections, electrical
facilities for PCP, ESP and MP. Prepare workover programs and rig less operations, wireline,
coil tubing, new mechanical completions, etc. Prepare well testing program and well monitoring
by PLT, SGS, and Buildup analysis.
* Connect these wells to the main flowlines and trunk lines in order to divert this production
for oil and treatment train. Upgrade Old Facilities in order to increasing the operation
capacity. Prepare all procedure for starting up all facilities.

The position was as Surface Facilities Team Leader for the CASABE Project, the main duties and
roles will be not limited as follows:
* This position's main function is to be in charge of the engineering, construction and
commissioning of engineering activities as part of the development plan of the Alliance
Casabe.
* Form a team with the group comprehensive subsurface drilling, workover and to understand the
needs and plan and perform the supporting infrastructure as locations for new wells, flow
lines, power lines, connections to the rings in production wellheads.
* Integrate production forecasting capabilities with surface facilities, stations, power lines,
artificial lift, etc.
* Review of the chemical treatment of the field, and developing a strategy for corrosion
control.
* Analyze the existing bottlenecks in capacity, process philosophy and process parameter
measurement. Assess the produced water treatment scheme of production, in order to create a
quality, in terms of injection water treatment plant.
* Optimize the handling of the gas in the field to meet the regulatory standards and
environmental commitments, and process optimization for energy self. Manager the Produced Gas
Handling, to generate power supply, including gas coming from annul space and keeping portable
compressors.
* Conduct PEER review and evaluate the projects with techniques as PDRI or FEL. Integral
responsibility on the deliverable related to the area of the Field development plan and
continuous updates as required. Define the project organization and coordination facilities
through project management resonance, making revisions and evaluating projects with techniques
like as PDRI or FEL.
* Support in terms of Engineering & Services responsibility requires the provision of technical
support in all projects execution phases from Concept of FEED to Commissioning and requires
Corrosion and Inspection Disciplines input in areas of Corrosion Control, Cathodic Protection,
Chemical Injection and Painting/Coating, monitoring specification s as well as review of
design documentation during the early phase and execution of the projects.
* Execution of Downhole production monitoring to improve gathering all the logging data coming
from (PLT, SGS, PI, RST, BUILD UP) tests, and open hole samples, etc.
* Carries out routine calibration checks and validation of the Fiscal Metering Systems,
diagnostics, minor trouble shooting of the Metering System Defects and modifications
replacement of instruments.
* Responsible Care in delivery related to the area of field development plan and ongoing updates
as needed. Manage and Audit Contracts and purchases. Plan jointly with procurement team bids,
tenders and direct negotiations
* Impose a strict care for document and information management, Meet expected schedule and
budget of project plus specific KPI.
* Enhance the production from pumping oil wells by reducing the annulus pressure. By reducing
annulus pressure with the use of The GasJack Compressor reducing bottom hole flowing pressure
allowing more reservoir products (oil, condensate, water, gas, etc) to flow into the well
bore. Therefore, Oil production is increased when the pumping unit speed or stroke length is
increased to accommodate the increased in-flow performance of the reservoir.
* Handle Project with FEA-assisted RBDA for thermal well designs to achieve a rational balance
between safety and cost; considering the structural integrity and serviceability of casing,
liner, and cement;.

Responsible for Thermal recovery processes, including Steam Assisted of water droplets over oil
in the presence of a gas phase. Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process, have been proved to be effective
methods for extra heavy oil and bitumen recovery considering in-situ upgrading potential and
economic considerations. This Project included.drill 4 pairs of SAGD and 4 pairs of VIHP, with
Same size of the New CLUSTER that exist in the field, but will have 12 well heads: 8 SAGD (4
producers and 4 injectors), 4 VIHP. One separator done for: casing gas and test and production.
(1) 25 mmbtu steam generator and (1) gas compressor and responsible for all aspects of thermal
production engineering and recovery.Main duties are not limited to.
* Production engineering input, direction, and assessment/evaluation on existing oil sands
assets. Identify and coordinate technical production engineering data gathering & mechanical,

review of steam injection and return rates, down hole and surface temperatures and pressures
of all instrumentation during production.
* Provide directives to Operations on rate, pressure, temperature targets to optimize the
performance of wells. Review the well test data and verification of the validity of the data.
