Project history
Project: Development of an SDK for connected vehicles and convergence platform for the PSA and FCA brands.
Description: Within Stellantis Digital Factory, I participated in the development of end-to-end features across various brands and markets. The theme of convergence is to converge all PCD brands inside the Global Web Portal (GWP) made by FCA. Thus, SDK makes it possible to retrieve data and remotely control connected vehicles.
Environment: English, SaFe, Agile, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Figma, Json, API Rest, MongoDB, Javascript, Angular, Excel, Microsoft Office.
I performed the following tasks:
Develop private website deployment space for multiple brands in multiple countries.
Manage the entire portal lifecycle and drive the overall product strategy and vision.
Follow customer requests, qualify them, produce cost estimates, and bring them to the technical teams for implementation.
Ensure clear and regular communication with stakeholders, by sharing product updates, collecting feedback, and answering questions.
Facilitate Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, workshops, and project framing committees.
Provide reporting and track project deliverables.
Contribute to the implementation of the product roadmap and the operational management and monitoring of projects.
Ensure the development of a prioritized product backlog and identify practical and value-generating features that can be implemented within a given time frame.
Collaborate and manage globally a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers, testers, development teams, scrum masters, POs, BOs, PMs, release engineers and architects.

Description: LaunchPAD is an advertising platform that offers new ways to plan, buy and optimize Digital Out-Of-Home inventory across programmatic, automated and direct channels for advertisers. The mission was within the digital factory, Programmatic squad (automated sales).

Manage developments in the platform to meet business needs and improve the digital product when launching in different international markets.
Collect customer needs and write functional documentation and user stories.
Ensure that developers have a good understanding of business needs.
Write acceptance criteria and create and validate KPIs.
Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business teams.
Design and deliver business solutions to manage product experiences.
Lead agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retro and review).
