VAS Team Leader (Value Added Service), Support Engineer Prepaid Platforms, IT System Administrator

* VAS Team Leader within the ICT department with functions on Enterprise Systems.
* Supervise management and implementation of telecom network and infrastructure services.
* Lead engineering team of four providing oversight to the technical activity associated with the planning,
development and implementation.
* Support deployment of hardware components in charging solutions, administration of enterprise
systems Redhat, HP EVA, Blade Centres, MSA storage, CISCO and Brocade SAN fabric switches, Storage
Area Networks, HP 3PAR, IBM Storwize V7000.
* Contribute proactively to new development, evaluate service provisioning and ensure continuity of
technology in close co-ordination with Mavenir, LogicaCMG development team.
* Manage the workflow of incidents with ITSM, ServiceNow in compliance with ITIL.
* Share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, objectives, and deadlines

* Support Engineer reporting to the Head of Telecom OSS/BSS Intracom Greece, providing maintenance
and support for our customers: Vodafone Albania, Telekom Albania.
* Administration of Prepaid Platforms, GSM networks, Linux HP-UX, MS Windows Server, SUN OS,
OpenVMS, Virtual Infrastructure VMWare Esxi, Apache, IIS web servers, database administration SQL,
MySQL, Informix in a complex and varied environment.
* Server-side scripting Microsoft, PowerShell and Linux bash shell.
* Responsible for the preparation of the annual audit plan for Telekom Albania, starting from a risk-based
approach, and preparation of documentation and organization for Audit Committee meetings.
* Co-ordination of SAT controls testing for our customers: Vodafone Albania, Telekom Albania
* Advising on internal controls best practice for colleagues to proactively create robust processes

* Reporting to the Head of the IT department.
* Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network.
* Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
