I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Madras University and an MBA in International Business from Pondicherry University, complemented by certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Analytics, and B1-level German. With more than 10 years of experience across Amazon, SPI Global, Auctionsoftware.com, Builder.ai, and Ivy Mobility, I have led end-to-end technical projects across the full SDLC, specializing in Agile delivery, sprint management, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment. Proficient in tools like Jira, Casecamp, and Builder Tracker, I foster high-performing teams and continuously pursue improvement through professional certifications, including a planned PMP. Keeping it simple and clean, here’s a short dive into my work life.
From 2021–2022 my tenure at Auctionsoftware.com as a Technical Project Manager, I led the successful delivery of Tradebid, a mobile MVP application developed under a stringent two-month deadline for a client’s product launch. Leveraging a structured Agile Scrum framework, we not only met the delivery timeline but launched the application one week ahead of schedule. Key practices that contributed to the success included Sprint Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum Meetings, Blocker Prioritization, Multi-tiered Progress Reviews. The result was a stable, scalable MVP that was well received by the client and users alike.
From 2022 to 2024, I served as a Technical Project Manager at Builder.ai, where I successfully delivered three full-scale applications within a single quarter using the Agile Scrum methodology. These projects included, an e-commerce platform, a space product showcase application, an event management system Each application was developed using React Native, React.js, and Ruby on Rails, involving coordination with globally distributed engineering and design teams. I facilitated sprint planning, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and high-quality releases. One particularly challenging engagement involved a project with unclear feature scope, missing design assets, and unresolved library dependencies. To restore structure and momentum, I Initiated transparency meetings, daily alignment calls, Collaborated with UI/UX teams to deliver Figma-based designs, Created structured sprint plans. These interventions re-established project clarity, enhanced client confidence, and ensured milestone adherence.
Since October 2024, I have been leading a 30-member development team at Ivy Mobility on a large-scale FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) enterprise transformation. The project focuses on end-to-end optimization of critical business modules, including inventory, procurement, supply chain, tax compliance, invoicing, and billing workflows. My role spans full Agile delivery ownership conducting sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, BRD/FRD creation, Creating Wireframe, resource management, KPI tracking, and bi-weekly reporting. I serve as the primary liaison for client communication, change control, and technical support. To enhance product scalability and integration readiness, I managed third-party implementations with Twilio, SendGrid, Google Maps API, Firebase, Stripe, OAuth logins, and Facial Recognition. By identifying reusable integration patterns, I developed a standardized onboarding and API setup template, reducing integration time by over 40%. Additionally, I advise clients to leverage free-tier trial accounts during development and defer paid upgrades until production, resulting in 6–12 months of licensing cost savings during non-live phases.
