The other well-known utility tools are TEMS Investigation and Route Analysis, NEMO Analyze, Actix, Discovery, CovMo, MapInfo Professional, QGIS, Google Earth, MCOM, Aexio Xeus, GeoSynthesis. I am also familiar with Hughes and Shiron in VSAT system.
