SAP Master Data & Migration | Material Master · BP · Routings | S/4HANA | EU-mobile

SAP Master Data & Data Migration consultant (functional), based in France — available across the EU on a hybrid basis (comfortable with 1–2 weeks/month on-site).

I help manufacturers and distributors get their SAP master data right: structured, clean, migration-ready, and aligned with real business rules.

My focus is the functional side of data — I don't just move records, I define the transformation logic, enforce data quality, and make sure what lands in the target system actually works for the business. That's where migrations usually break, and where I add the most value.

What I do:

• Master data design & maintenance — Material Master, QM, Business Partner

• Data migration (functional) — mapping rules, transformation logic, cleansing, deduplication, load validation

• Data quality & audits — consistency checks, remediation of large legacy datasets

• Specialist knowledge of routings, inspection characteristics and QM structures — an area few master data consultants cover in depth

Recent work:

For a defense/manufacturing client, I'm leading the functional migration of thousands of shop-floor routings from SAP ECC to SAP PEO — including business-rule definition, data quality controls and large-scale legacy data remediation.

Where I've worked:

Across distinct industries — retail, chemical distribution and defense/manufacturing. That range means my master data expertise transfers cleanly to almost any SAP environment, ECC or S/4HANA.

Environments: SAP ECC · S/4HANA

I'm open to freelance assignments in the Netherlands and across the wider EU. I have family in the Netherlands, so regular on-site presence is easy and sustainable for me. If you're running an SAP migration, data quality or master data project and want someone who understands the data, let's talk.
