Working in close coordination and nurtured positive relationships with other personnel for
developing Quality Portal along with its mobile application to rank the medical colleges of
Pakistan (PM&DC) under the sponsorship of Shifa International Hospital for Pakistan Medical and
Dental Counsel. This project has launched last week and evaluations by different assigned
inspectors are inspecting the medical colleges and hospitals all over the Pakistan (both private
and government owned). I have developed its mobile application Android version, and iOS is in
progress.
Key Accomplishments:
* Launched Quality Portal to rank all medical colleges
* System can score based on input of inspectors efficiently
* System can determine which inspector has tried forge the system by using special factors
* Immediate reports will be able viewable to PM&DC head only

1) I have worked for investments management system, where investors to invest, companies to create
deals and all other day to day SOPs to automate based on Halal Investment ideology.
2) I have also worked for theory presented "Impact of News on Crypto Currencies". In this project,
the collection of coins prices are collected after every hour and when the news comes, then a
comparison is carried out to check if what is price after and before news arrival. Other aspect of
this project to calculate the prices based on sentiments. At phase 1, I have done Machine Learning
"sentiment analysis" of tweets from random keyword(s) search, and calculated overall sentiment, what
percentage is positive, negative, and neutral relatively.

Worked in close coordination and nurtured positive relationships with other personnel for
developing Infection Control Management System, automated all manual work to
automate/computerized. Initiated paperless work of doctors to monitor infection related medicines,
utilization, and training to staff for preventing infection from patients and other means.
Coordinated for developing Payroll Reports, produced various reports created of staff.
Co-developed Nursing Forms Automation automated all manual work to automate/computerized. Main
purpose of this module was to paperless work of staff nurses.
Key Accomplishments:
* Initiated Medical Records System, dealt with all In-Patients and Out-Patients records i.e. Medical
Reports, Patients Scanned Documents, Patients In-Patient and Out-Patient all Visits Details,
Medicines Usage Details, Doctors Information, Nurses Information, OT procedures data and multiple
statistical reports both in Graphical form and general display into grids. Technologies used: MS SQL
Server, ASP.Net C#, Bootstrap, HTML5, Apache Cordova for Android and iOS, Node.JS
* Developed Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS). HRIS is to deal with all
information related to all staff across the group. It has Request Management Sub-System that handles
requests submitted in e-form and tracking requests, approvals of e-requests. This system also
includes IT Department Job Requests Sub-System, handles jobs requests for IT department. The
technologies are being used: ASP.Net Web-forms, JavaScript, Data Transformation Services Package to
centralize all staff related information, MS SQL Server, VB.Net, C#, LINQ, HTML 5, Bootstrap, JSON,
JQuery.
* Developed Performance Management System (PMS). PMS is responsible to evaluate yearly performances
of Nurses, Doctors, Surgeons and Admin Staff across all hospitals of SGH. The technologies are being
used: ASP.Net Web-forms, JavaScript, Data Transformation Services Package to centralize all staff
related information, MS SQL Server, C#, LINQ, HTML 5, Bootstrap, JSON, JQuery.
* Developed, Medical Records Appointment System, provided module managed the requests of patients
for medical reports. It has task assignments system to assign to generate reports to staff in all
branches of SGH.
* Established a Birth Certificate Management System for all branches, managed Medical Records
Department issues Birth Certificates using module by using multiple technologies used and
successfully deployed in all branches of SGH.
* Established Diet Management System to take patients orders from different wards and kitchen staffs
to receive and process and deliver order. Enabled diet experts view to patients' diseases and
recommend the diet plan using module in all branches of SGH.
* Created and deployed all Saudi German Hospital Branches, the Medical Records Systems, and WIPRO (a
globally recognized IT company for medical sector) also re-engineered web-based solution for all
types display terminals.
* Deployed Tasks Management System web application for SGH Jeddah to manage the Job/Tasks Requests
to IT Department. Initiated an automatic process for performance of all IT staff, to check the load
of IT Department. It generates various reports representing how much staff is actively performing.

Provided executive-level strategy formulation, direction, and leadership to develop and maintain
all web related operations, to maintain the Website, to update on daily bases contents of its
pages. AU Web Portal, this portal deals with HRM Web System, and others related to daily
transactions at Air University. As Faculty File Manager and developed a system that deals to make
a stack that holds all e-files of all faculty staff of Air University.
Key Accomplishments:
* Built Air University Job Portal to handle CV involved from Job Approval to Candidate Hiring
(concept of e-file is given in this Job Portal, approved from higher management, job advertisements,
different letters of candidates, and reminder sending of interviews and test in terms of SMS, Email,
Printing E-Letters for Candidates, Employee Cards).
* Led Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) Management System an HEC activity to take feedback from
students, and faculty members, processes to generates different graphs and then generate PDF files
(contains that charts) on single click.
* Administered FAQs Management System to deal with all departments in Air University (both
administrative and academic). This system possesses the queries which are dealt on daily basis and
their answers to end users.
* Exercised hands-on approach to develop and create Placement Management System, this system to deal
with printing alumni cards and printing alumni letters.
* Led Convocation Management System to process alumni registration to seats reservation in
convocation center along with various reporting for ISI, IB, Islamabad Police, Air University
Administration, Faculty, Staff, Students, and their guests.
* Developed AU SMS Server in C# 3.0 and MS SQL 2005 as Database repository, any GSM mobile phone to
communicate with PC be used for sending SMSs.
* Created AU Alumni Management System, kept abreast with alumni of Air University developed in
ASP.Net using C#, and Oracle was used as Database repository, provided system merged with Air
University website.
* Merged AU Faculty Management System with Air University website through using diverse range of
technologies and enabled the portal to deal with all faculty related information to be displayed on
the AU website.
* Produced a ELL Portal for English Language and Linguistics Research Group to arrange discussions,
forums are created, emailing to all members at once etc. The technologies used, are ASP.Net 2.0,
Oracle, Ajax, JQuery, HTML, JavaScript
* Developed effective strategies to create Online Student Registration Application System for Air
University which reduce the effort of Data Entry, reducing the Errors on Data Entry time. Currently
constraint, there should not effect on prospectus sale.
