Sales and Marketing Junior

My professional journey is characterized by a strong foundation in business administration, complemented by hands-on experience in sales and digital marketing, particularly in the areas of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and social media campaign management. My academic background, combined with my work experiences, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of business operations, sales, and marketing strategies.
During my time at Corvinus University of Budapest, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, I was able to delve deep into the core principles of business operations and management theories. This educational background provided a solid foundation upon which I built my professional skills. My studies were particularly focused on developing a strategic mindset, which has been invaluable in my roles that followed.
In my role as a Sales and Marketing Trainee at PT Wheelers Estate Solutions in Bali, Indonesia, I was responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and sales strategies. This role allowed me to gain significant experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and online advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Instagram, and TikTok. My responsibilities extended to overseeing the direct sales website, where I managed content updates to ensure the information was current and engaging for our target audience. Additionally, I handled client communications, relationship management, sales, and a variety of administrative tasks. This experience honed my ability to manage multiple facets of a marketing strategy simultaneously and improved my capacity to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Currently, I hold two positions that further expand my expertise in digital marketing and sales. As a PPC Junior at Net-Position Ltd., based in Budapest, I am focused on designing and managing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform. This role involves writing compelling ad copy and creating engaging visual content tailored to specific audiences. I am also responsible for developing and optimizing posts to maximize engagement and reach, which requires a keen understanding of audience behavior and the ability to adapt strategies in real-time to ensure campaign success.

Simultaneously, I serve as a Sales and Marketing Junior at Conectico Capital, also in Budapest. Conectico is a blockchain enterprise, which has afforded me valuable insights into the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market. In this role, I am involved in direct communication with investors, which requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively, particularly within the highly specialized and technical context of blockchain technology. I plan, create, and manage campaigns on X (formerly Twitter) and other social media platforms, ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s broader marketing strategy, which often involves navigating the unique challenges and opportunities present in the crypto space. My role also includes the creation of creative marketing materials, which demands a blend of technical skills and creativity, as well as proficiency in tools like Canva. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of digital marketing but has also provided me with a solid foundation in the dynamics of the cryptocurrency industry.

Throughout these experiences, I have developed a robust skill set that includes advanced Microsoft Excel skills, fluency in English, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. I am particularly adept at managing social media campaigns, from the initial planning stages through to execution and analysis. My ability to self-manage, communicate effectively, and solve problems as they arise has been critical to my success in these roles.
