RED Platform is a social energy Ethereum blockchain based platform that offers renewable energy, sustainability and reporting solutions, which offers unique end-to-end solutions that will help energy producers and consumers measure, reduce and offset their carbon footprint, trade energy, certify sustainable projects, all to achieve their sustainability goals.
During my tenure within the company, I have performed as a Product Manager, with the responsibility of building B2B, B2C and B2B2C digital products, achieving several significant milestones:
- Led end-to-end product lifecycle, defining vision, prototyping, leading market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Managed project scope, goals, and resources, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Implemented processes, change management, and PM tools, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Developed strategic roadmaps, facilitated product launches, and conducted post-project reviews to identify best practices.
- Proficient in Scrum, SDLC, Product management, Agile project management, and tools like YouTrack, Gitlab, Notion, and Freedcamp. Achievements:
- 6 new products created from scratch, with 4 of them ready to be launched this year, like PV Kits for retails selling, Solar Quote Assistant for B2C and B2B reselling, Tender for PV installing, Energy Marketplace for PPA and P2P Markets, PV Warehouse Management.
