Scope:
We are seeking a FullStack Developer Python & React to design, build and scale enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered systems into production environments.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, and backend engineers to build high-quality, performant, and maintainable solutions that drive business value across our organization.
- Design, Develop, and Deploy: Create robust AI and generative AI services and solutions, guiding them from proof of concept to full enterprise deployment.
- Build Scalable Systems: Build scalable and secure AI systems with effective data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
- Implement Best Practices: Champion CI/CD and MLOps practices to enhance automation of model training, testing, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain a RAG pipeline for QBR-relevant content, including accounts, engagements, architecture, and related content assets
- Implement safeguards against prompt injection and data leakage
- Develop a React-based chat frontend with streaming responses, tool visualization, and PowerPoint download functionality
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with AI Product Owners, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, production-ready systems.
- Innovate with Multi-Agent Systems: Develop and integrate multi-agent AI and LLM-based products to advance our business capabilities.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of reliability, observability, and compliance in deployed AI solutions.
Skills:
- React Development – Experience building chat-based UIs with streaming responses, tool calling, and PowerPoint preview/download functionality
- Chatbot Development – Strong understanding of conversational UX, slot filling, streaming responses, and multi-turn conversation state management
- Python – Proven experience in production-ready backend development
- MCP Client Integration (Python) – Experience integrating external MCP servers (e.g. MXP, LeanIX, Gainsight), including tool/resource consumption and authentication handling
- Agent Frameworks – Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI (experience with multiple frameworks is a plus)
- LLM Engineering, including:
- Prompt injection detection, mitigation, and defense-in-depth strategies
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): embeddings, vector stores, chunking, and re-ranking
- REST/API Integration – Experience integrating REST and/or OData APIs, ideally including Gainsight and similar enterprise platforms
- Experience with libraries such as python-pptx, including template/master slide handling, charts, and tables generation Fluent English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience building custom MCP tools, resources, and prompts in Python (similar to mxpresso-style architectures)
- Experience developing applications within the SAP UI stack
- Understanding of data models and consumption of analytical data products
- Experience working with Enterprise Architecture data and integrations is a plus
- Experience with deployment workflows and LLM proxy integrations
- Familiarity with Cloud Foundry, XSUAA, Destinations, and related SAP BTP services
