1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - St Ives, Cambridge - 6 Month Rolling - Inside IR35 via umbrella
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer working remotely on a rolling 6 week contract.
- Win10 Deployment experience
- Support customers' needs by dealing with reported incidents from ticketing systems and telephone within the contracted SLA.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Desktop Support and Citrix
- Basic knowledge of Citrix products such as XenApp and XenDesktop.
- Working knowledge of Group Policy & basic Networking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player
