Remote 2nd line support - Central Scotland
My client is a highly dynamic and successful IT Services and Consultancy organisation with a strong presence across the UK. They currently have an opportunity for a 2nd/3rd line engineer to join them on a contract basis in Central Scotland.
It will be home based due to the current covid restrictions
The role will involve working as part of a remote support team to add to a support function helping with Active Directory and Exchange support issues.
You will be picking up tickets logged by service desk and working with the users to resolve their issue/fault.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role
You will have strong remote support experience in a desktop and server environment
You must have strong AD and Exchange remote support and fault resolution experience
