2nd Line Support Technician - Immediate Start - Birmingham
I'm currently looking to speak to people with 2nd line support experience who are looking to find a new role. The role itself will be working on site and pays a rate of £120 - £130 P/D.
In this new role you will be a vital member of the infrastructure team providing 2nd Line support. In this role there will be a focus on going through a backlog of support tickets so you will need prior experience doing this.
This is an urgent position so ideally you will be immediately available to start a new role. This role will also be working on site so you will have to be able to get to Birmingham City Centre.
The key requirements for this role are:
- 2nd Line support experience
- Experience working through support tickets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and hit the ground running.
