5G RAN Optimization Specialist - Airspan Technology - Remote working worldwide

We are searching for a 5G Airspan RAN Optimisation Specialist for a project based in Stamford Connecticut (remote working from worldwide locations).
The 5G RAN Optimization Specialist/Engineer will be required to assist the customer in the 5G rollout including the qualification of the RAN Vendor, new features and checking of integration RAN networks with Core Networks.
Daily duties:
Objective:
Senior RAN expert to perform radio 5G SA optimization activities, Embedded in customer technical teams.
To accelerate network qualification in the LAB to make the live network deployment on time
Good Knowledge on Airspan 5G Products
Experienced in 5G SA Networks
Airspan Citizens Broadband Radio Service CBRS over 5G-NR
MASSIVE MIMO Parametrization
mmWave technologies
Sub 6 GHz frequencies
Open vRAN architectures
OpenRANGE06 Air5G equipment and Optimization
Required:
At least 2 years of Mobile network optimization experience in 5G networks
Deep knowledge of vendors tools and equipment in: AIRSPAN
Results oriented with focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Be autonomous in customer environment (experience in US operators valuable)
Team player, open communication and ability to work in international environment.
