*Job Description:*
We are seeking English/German speaking ABAP developer with expertise in data migration to join our team. As an ABAP developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting application solutions with a focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP). Your primary responsibilities will include working on various ABAP variants such as ABAP WebDynpro, ABAP Workflow, ABAP OData Service, ABAP EWM, ABAP HR, ABAP ISU, and ABAP CRM. Additionally, you will be involved in designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and support application solutions using ABAP in various variants.
- Participate in migration projects from ECC to S/4 Hana, providing hands-on expertise.
- Oversee master data processes and administer master data governance in large organizations.
- Facilitate and document workshops for processes, fit-to-standard analysis, change impacts, and functional topics.
- Manage product upgrades, release versioning, and transport management.
- Conduct data cleansing, profiling, and harmonization activities.
- Generate data quality reports to assess the quality of source data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
*Required Professional and Technical Expertise:*
- Hands-on experience in at least one migration project from ECC to S/4 Hana.
- Proficiency in master data processes and administration of master data governance.
- Consulting skills to manage, moderate, and document workshops effectively.
- Knowledge of product upgrades, release versioning, and transport management.
- Experience in data cleansing, profiling, and harmonization.
- Ability to generate and interpret data quality reports for business stakeholders.
*Preferred Skills:*
- Experience with Syniti or SNP is a plus.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Certification in SAP ABAP is desirable but not mandatory.
