We have an exciting opportunity for a contract Identity & Collaboration Engineer to join our Team at our Head Office in Warrington to help with Operational Support and the transformation to Azure and Microsoft 365. The role will be hybrid working of 2 days on-site & 3 days working remotely.

As an Identity & Collaboration Engineer you'll be a specialist for identity and collaboration capabilities for the corporate End User including, but not limited to, Azure Active Directory, on-premise Active Directory, Email Services, Microsoft 365 and emerging Azure services. You'll ensure all issues and requests are dealt with efficiently and in compliance with agreed SLA; deliver continuous improvement of the estate through collaboration with Strategy and Delivery; and develop, define and refines Build Standards and Processes for Digital Services, and delivers greater efficiency's through automation and orchestration.

What do you need?

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

  • Proficient in supporting Windows Operating Systems (10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Proficient in Active Directory Directory Services and Azure Active Directory
  • Proficient in Single Sign On capabilities and deploying SaaS Applications (ADFS, AAD, AD Connect)
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 deployments (including MS Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, MS Forms, Office Applications, etc)
  • Experience of programming in Scripting languages
  • Experience with managing Microsoft EndPoint Manager
  • Experience of managing Email Gateways
  • Experience of managing profile tools
  • Experience with virtualization platforms and technology predominantly VMWare ESXi.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of taking the lead on design, build and support.
