Description
Our central Government client require a new Agile Coach, with the following skills & experience;
- Familiarity with common Agile practices and service-oriented environments
- Proven experience using agile project management methods while understanding the fundamental principles behind what they are trying to achieve and why they are valued.
- Understanding of Software Engineering Practices eg vertical slicing, unit testing, test driven development, behaviour driven development, pair programming, automated testing, refactoring and development pipeline management
- Ability to learn other processes and methodologies and leverage of other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
- Sound understanding of the digital landscape, open source technologies and modern practices around continuous deployment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, communicating clear strategy and purpose.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing and motivating individuals.
- Experience of Software Development processes and procedures
- Experience of Matrix management
