Agile Coach - Manufacturing
My client, a large consultancy, is in need of an Agile coach for a 12 month contract onpportunity based in Dordrecht, Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in in Agile, good experience in a manufacturing setting, ability to serve as a change agent and ensure our project squads embrace and practice agility in their approach of plant improvement efforts, Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies applicable to a manufacturing setting, Demonstrated and applied continuous improvement mindset and processes such as Agile, Six Sigma, A3, or Lean. ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects, Strong people leadership skills, demonstrated by people management experience, including team building and people development, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must work well in both self-managed and team environment, experience applying continuous improvement to assist Operations in:
Maintaining production performance
Product yields
Capacity release
Uptime performance
Energy Optimization
Trouble-shooting process or quality issues
Ability and interest in working in a hands-on environment with all levels of staff (operators, mechanics, engineers, lab technicians, plant management, senior leadership, etc.).
Fluent in the Dutch and English is a must
