Description
A global client is currently looking for an Agile IT Project Analyst to join them at their site in Belgium on a contract basis for 12 months initially.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing data management expertise (database (SQL, Ms Access), data reconciliation, reporting, analytics, office automation, SAP MM, etc.) (data collection)
- Managing reference data repository systems to provide reliable data at fingertips
- Developing supportive software and solutions
- Collecting and analysing production asset data (data analytics); the main focus is on technical data (asset characteristics) and operational data from the field
- Deploying data management best practices (governance) towards a data centric organization
- Innovating in procedures and tools for data management (data science, AI)
- Bring Agile IT development expertise to the team
- Understand the business functional requirements and translate them in development activities (sprint, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate every phase of the software life cycle (development, testing, documentation, training, roll-out, support, change management)
Minimum Requirements:
- With 3+ years Agile IT development coordination/project management AND business analyst expertise.
- With broad knowledge of state-of-the-art development languages, tools and environments. -(ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server, MVC Framework, jQuery, AJAX is a minimum ; Gitup, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project Server, PowerPivot, etc.)
- With experience in data management practices and demonstrate a passion for data.
- With demonstrated successful change management experience.
- With a technical-oriented bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
- Experience with industrial installations is an asset.
- Autonomous with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Quality and result oriented, hands-on and self-motivated.
- Ready to take initiatives and proud to acquire new knowledge and improve working methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- With French/Dutch working knowledge proficiency in English writing.
