Templeton & Partners urgently need Agile SAFe Scrum Masters, based in the Netherlands.
Duties:
- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies throughout the entire development life cycle (Inception to delivery)
- Provide facilitation and coaching that enable the team to deliver efficiently and effectively value to our customers
- Continuously evolve and maintain strong agile practices & contribute to department-wide agile ways of working standards and best practices
Background & experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in being Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- End-to-End project management.
- Strong Management Skills like Program Management, Project Management, People
- Management, and Client Expectation Management.
- Build and maintain appropriate relationships with business and Systems partners and vendors.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in the successful delivery of an agile software development project
- Strong experience in practical application of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
- Practical knowledge of the application of agile principles and practices
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of technologies and stay abreast of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC principles and the software development life cycle including agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Continuous Delivery
- Effective and confident communicator (both verbal and written)
