Agile Scrum Coach/Team Lead - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: DUTCH and ENGLISH with FRENCH (desirable)
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant work experience of 8 years.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of what is requested.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum transformation.
- Affinity with insurance technical products.
- Knowledge of the structure, internal procedures and work processes of the organisation.
Description of work:
- Report to the IT Development Manager.
- Leading various Scrum teams.
- Coaching, objective setting and evaluations.
- Sourcing and recruitment of new employees.
- Play an important role in the agile transition of the teams with the business, through, among other things, proactive participation in the CAT Team (the change to an Agile Organization), division of the workload of the projects within the own team.
- Measure the quality of employees for your team and provide the necessary training and where possible, certification of employees.
- Represent your team during internal meetings with other teams, departments and you communicate agreed actions to your team members.
- Optimize systems, procedures, processes and organisation.
- Translate the vision and strategy into concrete points for your team members.
- Maintain contact with external suppliers and outsourcers: request and analyse quotations, contract negotiation in collaboration with Procurement.
- To monitor, introduce, implement and follow-up the methodologies and tools that must be used within the team.
