Assistance mission
helps to frame the expression of functional and technical needs of the FINAL CLIENT's
Information Systems Directorate,
identifies the data manipulated and the interfaces to be created or modified between the different telecom information systems,
participates in the development of deliverables,
contributes to the drafting of specifications, formalizing technical requirements as well as detailed functional specifications,
develops test cases aligned with the TSO-NC's target solution strategy,
provides business scenario execution procedures and test batteries for each identified life cycle,
provides reporting and alert functions,
provides the synthesis and presents the points requiring arbitration.
Every week, it provides a summary report of the various advances in its activities as well as an analysis of the associated risks.
Mission of expertise
In addition to its assistance missions, the service provider will provide the following deliverables for the different phases of the program:
definition of the functional, applicative and technical architecture targets of the solution with the FINAL CLIENT IS (assessment and points for improvement to be brought), identification and possibly implementation of interfaces.
It is a driving force in the creation of test environments that will support the business referents and the FINAL CLIENT teams in the reconstitution of business scenarios.
Required competencies:
advanced expertise in the field of telecom information systems and their architectures,
Significant experience in understanding the Telecom environment and activities, customer life cycles, revenue and billing, offer and product management, partner management, business user needs and constraints,
competence in project management,
good computer culture, good knowledge of tools, good practices, methods and principles of application development,
knowledge in Sltelecom and in particular E//solutions would be a plus.

Training and certification desired:
training related to IT project management (Bac +5).
Professional experience:
Proven experience (>5 years) in the application of business process modelling methods and tools
(BPMN) for telecom organizations,
experience in the implementation of triple or quadri play offers,
knowledge of ITIL processes,
experience in the application of the operational, tactical and strategic domains of the Frameworx repository of the TeleManagementForum (TM F).
