Role: AWS Project Manager – Manufacturing & Material Optimization
Duration: Until End of the year; with expectation to extend until end of 2027 (will be part of a 5 year transformation)

We are seeking an experienced AWS Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within the Operations function of our Packaging Division. This role will focus on the development and deployment of cloud-based digital tools that support material optimization across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS-based digital solutions supporting manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Manage projects focused on material optimization, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, data/analytics, software development, and external vendors.
- Drive implementation of digital tools that analyze and optimize material usage while maintaining product strength and compliance standards.
- Partner with manufacturing sites to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Ensure successful integration of cloud technologies, data platforms, and operational systems within manufacturing environments.
