Kirtana consulting is looking for Field marketing manager in banking technology products for 6 months rolling contract in London.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a multi-channel marketing strategy for demand generation, brand differentiation and pursuit success enablement in the designated market region for the Infosys Finacle suite of solutions.

This includes -

  • Ownership of the budget, planning and execution
  • Close coordination with regional sales leadership to plan, execute and track region-focused, marketing initiatives for new customer acquisition and cross-sell with existing customers to support pipeline growth
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure strong communication and agreements to accelerate funnel movements
  • Creation/curation of region specific content assets aligned to the regional marketing needs
  • Plan and execute regional brand visibility initiatives, market research and competition intelligence.
  • Support key global initiatives with regional inputs and activation
  • Work closely with the public relations, analyst relations, product marketing and other functional teams, to drive/support regional initiatives for brand visibility via thought leadership, media and influencer engagement
  • Monitor, measure and report performance of all marketing programs and activities on a periodic basis

Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of full time B2B marketing work experience with proven competency in demand generation and brand awareness building
  • Practical knowledge of key contemporary digital marketing channels, activities, metrics and measurement techniques
  • Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition
  • Strong English communication skills and presentation skills, with proven content capabilities and high impact communication across multiple formats
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high demand environment
  • Pragmatic and results orientated, with a focus on results and time bound delivery, coupled with strong persistence.
  • Desirable - Previous experience in a IT product company preferred, especially with a banking IT product company
  • Desirable - Familiarity with the banking industry, trends and topics
  • Desirable - Educational qualifications in Marketing
