BPA - Financial Operations AnalystRole Purpose:
To provide expert advice to superiors on BPA as well as insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to management team. Provide financial and administrative support to company/country organizations, regarding financial planning and Analysis
Major Accountabilities:
- As a BPA Financial Analyst Operations, you will be responsible for controlling and system-related planning and month-end closing processes.
- You will support the German BPA team in several major projects such as the legal integration of RLT (Geneva 2) and the implementation/roll-out of LDC.
- As part of the projects, various work steps need to be harmonized and adapted. Intensive system and process testing, and documentation is also required.
- The role will also include various backfill activities (e.g. Medical Controlling, Revenue Recognition...).
- Main contact person for the Head FPA & Digital Finance for all closing and project related issues.Novartis Pharma GmbH; Germany / Nürnberg

- A core task will be to support the implementation of SAP 4/H. Candidates should therefore have SAP experience (preferably S4/H). Business/Financial expertise is also required.
Your Profile:
- Master degree in business and economics, MBA or equivalent
- Relevant tax and/or financial planning certificates preferred
- ERP System - SAP R3 / SAP H/4
- Applications - MS Office
- Relevant finance experience 1 - 2 years in accounting, treasury, tax, controlling etc. and in a comparably complex environment.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good understanding of functions and interrelation of these functions
- English and German fluently
