Description
- Support completion of process modelling framework for BPM (available published draft)
- Help draft a process modelling governance model and support in establishing it at least across 2-3 business domains
- Leverage existing suggested industry L1-L2 enterprise process maps, help adjust and drive internal sign-off (assume across 2-3 business domains at least)
- Draft BPM platform team roles & responsibilities and inputs to job description.
- Review of existing BPM platform on-boarding & training assets. Adjustments as necessary.
