BTS System Expert - €85 p/h - Gothenburg - 12 Month Project - February StartMy client is a industry leader in the field of telecommunications looking to push the boundaries of 5G in 2020. For this, we are searching for 2 BTS System/Wireless Communication Experts to come on board for a 12 month project, ideally starting in February.
Essentially you will be working on ground breaking BTS technology in the sub 6GHz frequency domain.
Requirements:
- Ideally from PhD background or with several years experience in the industry
- Solid background in one or several disciplines of digital communication theory, wireless communications, signal processing, RF architecture
- Deep knowledge about multi-antenna systems
- Good understanding of antenna systems, channel models and wireless propagation
- Good understanding of radio systems and radio system components
- Familiar with LTE standards and new radio-standards/technologies in 5G and 3GPP.
- Substantial experience with wireless system performance evaluation and optimization, and Python programming.
- Experience in other programming languages, such as C++ or Matlab is also a benefit.
- Knowledgeable about Layer 1 and Layer 2 algorithms in LTE or other wireless system.
