Job Description:
- Business and domain knowledge of Pensions (including Pension via employer, Retirement Pensions, Partner's pensions, Orphan's pension) and Pensions Fund ( Allocation and payout of pensions, indexing of pensions etc.)
- Understanding of business requirement, ownership of end-to-end of business requirement from client and documenting them properly for technical team
- Working experience as the bridge between Client stakeholders and technical/testing team. Onsite experience (in Europe region) needed. Netherland experience is preferred but not must.
- Total 6+ years of hands on experience of capturing business requirements, preferably in Insurance or Pensions field
- Strong communication ( both verbal and written) and team skill; Have to closely work with technical team who may not have knowledge of domain/business knowledge
- Working knowledge with Portal development area (using Liferay) or Front End application development is required
- Testing capability as business user and ability to take ownership to confirm whether technical implementation meets business functionalities.
- Strong working relationship with multiple stakeholders to freeze requirements, get the sign-off from clients, identify and evaluate the CRs
- Flexibility and learning mindset in case situation demands to stretch or learn new skills for the success of project.
