Reply is currently looking for a Business Improvement Manager to join a challenging project on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
-Lead improvement initiatives
-Lead and plans business process improvement and organisation change activities
-Analyse and design business processes; identify alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation.
-Assess the feasibility of business process change and recommend appropriate approaches
-Develop a clear as is' picture of existing ways of working, producing analysis of historic matters to help pinpoint areas of inefficiency and opportunity for change.
-Develop a to be' picture, identifying ways in which the process can be improved and discrete opportunities to (amongst other things) reduce cost, ensure quality, improve efficiency, enhance the client service and improve the work/life balance of the team
-Manages the execution of business process improvements.
Essential:
Certified lean six sigma black belt.
proven track record leading multiple major programmes and projects.
have end to end business transformation experience from target operating model design to delivering change.
