Business Process Analyst (ADONIS BPM) - Banking Client - Brussels Based
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: per day
- ADONIS experience is MANDATORY.
- Performs the mapping of multiple 'as-is' process through the use of workshops and interviews.
- Requires significant experience in process mapping (use of ADONIS is a plus) utilising the BPMN methodology.
- Acts within the framework of the organisational strategy and ethos respecting relevant policies as well as the directions of the reporting manager.
- Interacts with stakeholders at various levels, requiring developed skills to motivate, inspire and persuade.
- Makes decisions involving the use of judgment with an emphasis on the ability to resolve issues or escalate as needed.
- Focuses on the delivery of results as outputs are subject to periodic review against targets.
- Independently evaluates, selects and applies relevant advisory techniques, processes and skills, using judgments in making adaptations and modifications to specific context and issue.
- The candidate will have the willingness and means to travel into the head-office in Brussels as required to perform the role effectively.
