- Business Trainer - Extensive Planview Experience

My client, a large Bank, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainer to join the Planview Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business analysis, delivering training on Planview and assisting with updating Planview confluence pages and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, excellent communication and training skills and proficiency in using Planview and confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, perform gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Planview to employees at various levels of the organisation.
- Develop training materials, including user guides, job aids and multimedia presentations to support training initiatives, with the support of the line manager.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Planview, ensuring accurate data entry, system configurations and user access management.
- Update and maintain Planview confluence pages, documenting procedures, best practices and system related information.
- Monitor system usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to optimise user experience.
- Provide ongoing support to users addressing their enquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance on utilising Planview effectively.
- Stay up to date with trends, best practices and emerging technologies related to business analysis and Planview.
Key Skills & Experiences
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in using Planview and Confluence is required.
- Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in delivering training and developing training materials.
