C/C++ Software Develop for Media/Video Project/12 Months/Brussels
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our clients International R&D team in their Brussels Technology Centre.
You will require excellent C/C++ Skills and will be working as part of a team on a Windows PC video player.
You will be assisting in the porting of this playback engine to Windows 8 Metro mode where we need to make use of Microsoft's Media Foundation rendering framework and WinRT.
The candidate needs to have the following profile/experience:
- Excellent C/C++ development skills
- Experience with and high awareness of security in general
- Experience with Windows programming
- Strong software testing skills
- Good writing skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with a version control system like git.
The following additional qualifications are desirable
- Experience with crypto operations (RSA, SHA-1, AES, )
- Experience with DRM
- Experience with WinRT
- Experience with Software Anti-Tampering tools
- Experience with media processing frameworks like DirectShow and Media Foundation, and audio/video processing in general
- Experience with Embedded systems is a plus
- Python development skills
