Highly innovative and award winning company who specialise within the entertainment sector (not gambling). Due to exciting project work, this technology focused organisation is looking for a highly skilled C++ Developer (Windows, MFC, Agile) to join them for an initial 3-6 month contract.
Overview
Develop software solutions for a range of different C++ applications relating to photo, video and display systems, applying good software engineering principles and quality with a great agile working attitude and mentality.
Essential
- Strong knowledge and experience of imperative and Object Oriented paradigms.
- C++ on Windows (ideally MFC)
- Agile experience
Desirable
- Experience and knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful web services.
- Test driven approach to software development.
- Team approach to software development and collaborative programming (pairing).
- Experience of distributed source control, ie Git or bitbucket
