Capacity and Performance Analyst - Brussels, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of Capacity Management Processes
- Ability to translate demand (from Business, projects) into forecast, and related analytics activities
- Experience in dealing with Business and Service Capacity Management
- Ability to analyze and correlate data and produce adequate reports for the Management and the Customers
- Previously setup (contributed) Business and Service Capacity Management processes in an IT Company
- Work autonomously and have leadership skill to act/drive in processes definition and project activities
- Experience in Charge back is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus (SQL Server Reporting)
- Continuously improvement oriented
