Roc Search's client is looking for a Clerk of Works/Project Officer for a public sector client in Bedfordshire.

The post is to provide an efficient and effective inspection and clerk of works service to projects carried out on Council homes. Building surveyors experience are the type of candidates and experience we are looking for. Stock condition surveyor Occupied properties Previous contact within communities. Would be an advantage if the candidate has done rebate work IT: Normal Micro Office skills.
Essential:
*Experience working in a similar post for a local authority or public sector
*HNC in Building studies or similar
*Car User
*Great communication skills.
