Care Project Manager - NHSCare Project Manager - NHS - 6-9 months
My London based client urgently seeks an experienced Integrated Care Project Manager to lead their Better Care Fund Project and assess Commissioning options such as Value Based Commissioning.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have a strong NHS background, and who have worked on a similar project before.
Key Skills for the Care Project Manager - NHS include:
* Lead and manage the Better Care Fund (BCF) process across the local authority and the Clinical Commissioning Groups
* This will require innovation in how they pay for services, potentially moving away from PbR and cost and volume contracts towards payment for bundles of care / year of care / personal health budgets in which payments are linked to delivery of outcomes.
* Manage stakeholders across all public sector sponsors and wider stakeholder group
* Assist in defining the strategic direction for integration across Health and Social Care
* Create an appraisal of the contract and reimbursement options for delivery of the operating model
* Develop the contractual tools that will enable the client to commission services to deliver improved outcomes.
* Write a business case and activity and finance modelling based on the selected contract/reimbursement model
