JOB TITLE/Reference #: #116 CDMS-D Cycle 2 Security Testing

Location: GTA
Position: Contract
Our client requires the services of a CDMS-D Cycle 2 Security Testing, to provide deliverables including, but not limited to, the following:
- Create reusable test materials (scripts, tool configuration),
- Execute testing of the scripts,
- Execute tests within the test window(s) and
- Produce test reports.
- Execute a 2nd set of tests within a second test window(s) if required
- Produce a 2nd set of test reports if needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Ten or more years in IT security principles, practices, technologies, programs and procedures, accompanied by an understanding of threat and risk assessment and risk management methodologies and frameworks and ability to perform threat and risk assessments.
- Understanding of various information systems technologies including Operating Systems security, LAN and WAN, Internet protocols and applications, secure communications, Firewalls, PKI, identity management, identification and authentication techniques, rolebased access control (RBAC).
- Experience executing security tests including negative application, vulnerability and penetration testing
- Knowledge of OWASP, SANS and NIST methodology and guidance for security testing
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret and communicate Risk Management concepts.
- Strong business, analytical, research, writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both with the project team and independently, to manage and prioritize.
- Industry recognized security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CISM, SANS GIAC, or CISA is highly desirable.
- Industry recognized testing certifications in security testing, vulnerability testing or penetration testing is highly desirable
